I got some cauliflower on sale this week and have never cooked it before. I know weird right? So in searching for a recipe I came across this one. Oh my, It turned out soooo good and was super easy. I could eat this for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
I have found another advantage to the once a month cooking and that is being able to spend more time making side dishes. I never used to pay much attention to them because my whole time would be used to make the main dish. Now I am free to experiment with the sides, specifically the veggies. I am on a mission to cook vegetables better.
